- Place your arms behind your head and stretch your back as much as you can, then slide on the floor for stretching. This exercise is good to do on a circular surface with pillows. Do this 3 times a day for 30 seconds.
- The Y stretch is done by lying on your stomach with your arms extended in a Y shape. Then stretch as much as you can and hold for 5 seconds before bringing the arms back down.
